-Line Exploration: Exploring line allows kids to experiment with different marks, shapes, and patterns while discovering how a simple line can create movement, texture, and expression. Through this process, children build fine motor skills, strengthen creativity, and develop problem-solving as they see their ideas take form. Working with line also helps kids gain confidence in their artistic voice and encourages them to look more closely at the world around them.

Preschools explored painting techniques… practicing color mixing, making the paint brush dance on their paper and cleaning their brushes. While creating symmetrical painting by folding and smashing the paint to the blank side, learners discussed balance, patterns referring to early math and art concepts like shape and spatial awareness. Through fine mortor skill deveopment, hand-eye coordination, patience and problem solving, learners created playful, mechanical bugs to spark imagination!

Big car creations with little hands! The artists designed a road and made a collaborative painting with cars and monster trucks. Recycled car sculptures gave space to design a car with a variety of texture, color, choices and fun! This fosters imagination, play, patience, fine motor, pride, exploring, discovering, sharing, communication, observation, joy. , , , , , ,
