East lives!

For those of you that are following this page still.
I congratulate all of those students and Staff that had to leave East so quickly. I congratulate you because you all have made the best of a situation that should not have happened as it did. I congratulate you because you held your heads high with Cheetah pride and finessed your way into the place you inhabited for an entire school year respectfully and with grace. Hold your Cheetah pride high. It will always be in you. You can take the Pride out of the building but you can’ t take the pride out of the Cheetah! To all… have a great summer and a great next school year without me. This Cheetah is leaving the district but carrying her Pride of 26 years at East with her. To all of the Staff I have worked with and all of the over 16k students I taught! Farewell my Cheetahs farewell!

ODDER is a hopeful tale. Central CA's population of southern sea otters was once as low as 50, but today it's booming.

My dearest wish is that this story inspires members of the next generation of conservationists. 💙🦦
