When People Hear The Word "Leader," They Often Picture Someone Standing In Front Of A Group Or Taking Charge. But leadership starts long before that.
It's the student who encourages a classmate who's struggling. It's the child who includes someone new or chooses to do the right thing, even when no one is watching. ๐ช
Those everyday choices are what shape great leaders, and they're qualities that will serve kids well far beyond the classroom or the mat.

Every Student Has Their Own Pace.
Some pick up techniques quickly. Others take a little longer.
Some are naturally outgoing. Others quietly build confidence over time.
The goal has never been to compare students. It's to help each child become a little better than they were yesterday. ๐ฑ
