We are so incredibly proud to celebrate Emma for receiving the 2026 Once Upon a Village Gala Award for being a Guiding Light to Children and Families in Mesa County!

This recognition is such a beautiful reflection of the care, compassion, and dedication Emma brings to everything she does. She has a gift for making children and families feel seen, supported, valued, and believed in.

Her heart, wisdom, creativity, and commitment to children make our school stronger every day, and we are so grateful to share this work with her.

Learning and laughing together — because Montessori is a journey we never take alone.

Grateful for the opportunity to gather with fellow Wildflower leaders and Montessori educators at the Montessori in the Mountains conference. These moments of learning, sharing ideas, asking questions, and simply enjoying one another remind us why community is such an important part of the work we do.

We leave inspired, encouraged, and carrying new ideas back to our schools and the children we serve.

We are so excited to celebrate our very own Emma Reicks for being nominated by the Mesa County Partnership for Children & Families!

Emma pours so much heart, dedication, and love into the children and families she serves. Her commitment to building a strong, connected community and her passion for authentic Montessori education are felt in everything she does.

We are incredibly grateful to have Emma as part of the Cactus Bloom community. She is a thoughtful educator, a dedicated advocate for children, and someone who truly believes in creating spaces where every child can grow, belong, and thrive.

Day One of Year Three! 🌵

Today we welcomed our students back and officially began our third year at Cactus Bloom Community School!

Three years of growing, learning, building community, and believing in what is possible when children are given the space to wonder, explore, and become independent thinkers.

What a wonderful way to wrap up another amazing year at Cactus Bloom! 🌵🌸

Our last day of school was filled with laughter, friendship, celebration, and so much fun. We are incredibly grateful for the students, families, and staff who make our community such a special place to learn and grow.

As we head into summer, we hope everyone takes time to rest, explore, make memories, and enjoy the adventures that await.

What a beautiful Bridging Ceremony celebrating our Kindergarten and 3rd Year graduates! 🌸✨

It was such a special morning filled with joy, reflection, laughter, and so much love for the incredible children in our community. Watching our students share their growth, memories, and hopes for the future was truly meaningful.

We are so proud of all they have accomplished and so grateful to have shared this beautiful milestone together as a school community. 💛
