This year has flown by and I cannot believe that it is already May 2nd! Everyone has been working so hard in class and I am very proud of the effort being given. Attached is my May newsletter highlighting what we will be doing over the coming weeks. As a reminder, tomorrow, May 3rd, is the Celebration of Learning Night in conjunction with the Art and Music Festival and Silent Auction. The event runs 4-7pm. You will want to stop by my classroom with your learner(s) as we have so much to celebrate from this semester. Let them guide you around the room and show you the journey we have been on.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

As always, thank you for the privilege of getting to teach and mentor your child(ren)!

This week in 2nd and 3rd grade STEAM we learned about pi and the students had to find a way to disguise their pi.

On a side note, if the school can raise $7,000 in the Change for Change drive that is benefitting the Western Slope Center for Children, Mrs. Weber has agreed to be one of the teachers who gets pied. If the school can bring in $8,000, Mrs. Weber has agreed to 1 pie for every thousand raised!
