Before you head out for back-to-school shopping, take a few minutes to review Caprock Academy’s updated dress code for 2026–2027.

Making informed purchases now will save time, money, and frustration later.

✔️ Double check:
• Shirts, pants, skirts, and shorts meet guidelines
• Shoes align with dress code expectations
• Outerwear follows school requirements (No hoodies on campus)

📅 Dress code will be in place beginning July 20th and consistently enforced across all grade levels.

🛝 Playground Project Complete! 🦅

We are excited to share that our Kindergarten Playground Resurfacing Project is officially finished and ready for our Little Eagles when they return to campus in July!

The new rubberized safety surface provides a safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable play environment for our youngest students. We know they are going to love it!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this project possible. From securing grant funding and coordinating the project to seeing it through to completion, your hard work and dedication have created a lasting benefit for our students and families.

We can't wait to see our Little Eagles enjoying their updated playground in just a few short weeks!

Caprock Academy is proud to host this exciting summer educational program for students ages 7–12 designed to strengthen reading comprehension, writing, critical thinking, leadership skills, and student confidence.

Students will participate in guided reading, creative activities, reader journals, and hands-on learning experiences while helping prevent summer learning loss.

In his final Head of School Message, Mr. Diers reflects on the one word he believes best defines Caprock Academy: Character.

Throughout his time at Caprock Academy, he came to see that character is more than a word on our website or school materials—it is the foundation of our culture. It is found in our students, our staff, our families, and in the daily interactions that make our community so special.

His reflections serve as a powerful reminder that while academic excellence is important, it is the development of character that truly defines a Caprock Academy Eagle.

While our students are enjoying a well-deserved summer break, exciting things are happening behind the scenes at Caprock Academy!

🏀 Our Main Gym is getting a major facelift with brand-new bleachers that will provide a safe, fresh, updated experience for students, families, and fans for years to come.

🛝 Our Kindergarten Playground is also receiving an important upgrade! We’re replacing the wood chips with a safer, rubberized play surface designed to create a more comfortable and accessible play environment for our youngest Eagles.

These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe, welcoming, and high-quality spaces where students can learn, play, and grow.
