Career Pathways Institute

A great day of welding competition for ATS Welding Pathway students. Yesterday they competed at North Central Kansas. A big thanks to Central Community College for sponsoring this opportunity for our kids.

Junior Internship Day was a huge success. A big shout out to all the industry partners who volunteered their time to interview, serve on the panel, and run the sessions to help our students prepare to be career ready.

Ellie is in her final semester of high school and her second year at Trusscraft as an intern. She will have a bright future after high school.

Civana is an intern at Chief Buildings in her senior year. She plans to pursue a career in in design after attending UNL.

Zoe and Marco are senior interns at Olsson Associates in Grand Island. We are getting great workplace learning experience and planning to continue in this field after high school.

Even with frozen ground in the dead of winter, Jacob Albers keeps busy in his internship with Olsson Associates in Grand Island.

David and Adrian are 2 more welding apprentices with CNH that are in the final semester of their senior year. A big thanks to CNH for their mentorship.

Andrei is wrapping up his final semester of high school and is doing very well acquiring high-level welding skills at CNH as a welding apprentice.

Eliseo is one of a handful of people working today at . He’s a lucky apprentice to be getting some quality skill time on his machine under the excellent mentorship of Tim Vopat.

Caleb is hard at work at his apprenticeship on his day off too. Caleb wants to make a career out of being a diesel technician and Central Nebraska Bobcat is helping him make that dream come true.
