Families in Transition, offers support and services for families who are in transition. Our goal is to help students thrive!
Being in transition can include: living with another family, staying in a shelter or in a motel, or even living on the streets.

In the United States…
*37.2 million Americans live below the poverty level
*580,000 Americans are homeless on a typical night
*44 million Americans are at risk of suffering from hunger
*1 in 6 children in the U.S. live in poverty

We are in need of snacks for students! Some of our students have a hard time making it from breakfast until lunchtime and need a little something to help them get by. Others come hungry and too late for breakfast or don't qualify for free and reduced meals. Can you help?
Snacks can be dropped off at the Kneale Administration Building at 123 S Webb Rd.
