Our newest anglers, Jackson Cook and Jayce Rokosz, did an awesome job at the Grand River tournament today! They brought home a top 5 finish, proving they can hang with the big dogs in their very first year as tournament anglers!

It was a grueling couple of days this past tournament weekend. Higgins Lake got the best of us (however if it was acceptable to weigh rock bass, we might have won 🤣).
Watch for us at our next event on Manistee Lake in August.

These young men worked very hard and did an awesome job at the Michigan Bass Nation Youth Division tournaments on the Elk/Torch chain of lakes this past weekend. We could not ask for a better group of young anglers to enjoy this sport with! Go Chemic’s! 💪🎣

We want to congratulate Fenton and Freeland for rounding out the top three places! Awesome performance!!!

Brady Pinwar and Alec Albrecht of Midland High School have won the 2022 Abu Garcia Bassmaster High School Series at Saginaw Bay presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors with a total of 21 pounds, 9 ounces.

There is some excitement right in our backyard this week!!!

Cheer on our anglers as they compete against the best high school bass fishing teams from around the nation in the Abu Garcia Bassmaster High School Series presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors National Open on Saginaw Bay.

The tournament activities are taking place Saturday at the boat launch located next to the USS Edson Naval Battleship Museum in Bay City.
