Little Miracles is locally & independently owned and operated since 2006. Little Miracles is licensed by the State of North Dakota as a child care center.

We also have a Pediatric Therapy Clinic fully staffed with experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Offering inclusive, engaging childcare AND premier pediatric therapy are what sets us apart as the most comprehensive childcare provider in our region. We provide a warm, inviting atmosphere with lots of TLC for all children. Our children thrive in a structured environment, plenty of stimulating activities, and just plain fun! The children attending Little Miracles childcare also benefit from being surrounded by a very diverse group of children. Typically developing children grow to be very compassionate towards their differently-abled playmates, who in turn benefit from experiences shared with their age-matched peers! We invite you to stop in and experience this unique environment. Please call if you would like to tour our facility, or visit with us about child care. Our therapists are fully engaged in helping children reach their full potential. Children can come to the Pediatric Therapy Clinic for their appointments if they do not attend our childcare center, or children who attend our childcare center can receive therapy services in a familiar environment during their day- our therapists travel right to the childcare center to provide treatment! We offer flexible scheduling, a clean and safe environment, and virtual therapy sessions for those not comfortable traveling to the clinic amidst the pandemic. ⭐️ Next up to celebrate is one of our physical therapy assistants, Katelynn! She brings compassion and encouragement to every session.

⭐️ Katelynn’s favorite part of being a PTA is watching kids grow, reach their milestones, and celebrate their accomplishments along the way. She loves seeing kiddos take the skills they’ve learned in therapy and apply them to interact with their peers and navigate their environments. One of her favorite things is finding creative and fun ways to work toward therapy goals while keeping sessions playful, engaging, and meaningful!

💪 To continue celebrating Physical Therapy Month, we are introducing Travis Eastman, a physical therapy assistant at Little Miracles, Inc, and a familiar face if you’ve been here a while! Travis brings consistency and calmness to each of his sessions.

⭐️ Travis says best part of being a pediatric PTA is seeing a child gain confidence and independence as they reach movement milestones through practice and play. Also not only working with the child, but the family as well to help them develop and reach those fun milestones. His favorite activity is balloon play to challenge balance, strength and coordination whether it is standing with one foot on an elevated surface and other foot on floor while tapping balloon back and forth, standing on the Bosu or simply kicking the balloon around.

October is Physical Therapy Month! 💪

⭐️ This month we’re celebrating our fantastic physical therapy team at Little Miracles, Inc. From helping little ones reach developmental milestones, to building strength, confidence and independence, our PTs make a difference in the lives of children every day.

⭐️ Meet Tammy Sayler, one of our physical therapists and owner! She is passionate about helping children grow, move, play and reach their fullest potential. Tammy’s favorite thing about being a physical therapist is building relationships with children and their families. She also loves witnessing the joy and pride children feel when they accomplish a big milestone. One of her favorite things to do with children is to take their therapy session into a natural play setting like a playground, a grassy hill or a community space and let them practice motor skills in the real world. Her favorite therapeutic tool in the clinic is the large therapy ball...it can be used for so many things!

✏️ Let’s talk table time!
In preschool, learning happens in so many ways, and daily table time is a great opportunity for children to build important skills!
During table time, children practice:
📝 Fine motor skills through cutting, coloring, tracing, and gluing
✂️ Academic skills like counting, letter, number & pattern recognition, matching, shapes & colors
🖍️ Social skills through turn taking, communication, listening and following directions
🎨 Focus, confidence & independence as they complete activities and learn new skills

Same face, NEW role!

We are excited to announce that Hannah is coming back to Little Miracles as the Director at Little Miracles, Inc. Midtown! She will be a familiar face you will see at both locations, so feel free to stop in and say HI!

Hannah, originally started at Little Miracles in June of 2012 as a child care teacher, working a majority of her time with toddlers. Hannah stayed working through her high school and college years until 2018 when she graduated from UND in Elementary Education. After she graduated, she went on to teach 6th grade Reading and Language Arts in East Grand Forks for 6 years. During the beginning of her time as a Teacher in EGF, she would be seen helping out during summer breaks in the preschool and school age classrooms. In 2020, Hannah received her Master’s in Reading Education and is excited to bring her background and knowledge to continue to improve our Preschool and School Age programs.

We are very excited to welcome Hannah back to Little Miracles and can’t wait to see her thrive in this new role.
