We are a group of students who are interested in the weather, enjoy demonstrating our interest by taking part in many community service projects, and fostering fellowship between our members. All that is needed is the interest in weather and the willingness to share this interest by taking part in our many service oriented projects, meetings, or social outings! We meet about once a month and plan

THANK YOU to everyone who was able to come to Nautical Bowls and support AMS on Friday! We had a great time and we cannot thank our supporters enough! Also a BIG thank you to Nautical Bowls for hosting our fundraiser! This would not have been possible without you.

AMS had a great time at Grand Forks' Hollydazzle event downtown! We decorated Christmas cookies, drank hot cocoa, watched the parade, and saw the fireworks show at the end!

We had a great time at Professor Fred Remer's house making Norwegian Lefse! Everyone got to learn how to make it from scratch and it was a delicious meal! Thank you Fred for inviting AMS over, it was a great time!

AMS had our annual pumpkin carving contest, but this time, outside! We were lucky to have a nice day before our first snowfall later that week. Everyone had a great time! 1st place went to the ghost pumpkin and second place went to the tornado pumpkin!

We had a wonderful time on our annual fall trip last weekend! We drove over to Duluth and visited the Duluth NWS. We also want to give a big thank you to Dave Anderson who gave us a tour of Northern News Now! There was also some exploring done, we went to split rock and Tettegouche state park.

We had a great time meeting everyone at the Student Organization Fair today!! Excited for the school year to start and see everyone's smiling faces at our first meeting!
