Our fourth and final core value is LOYALTY 🤞

Loyalty is choosing to show up for one another again and again. It’s knowing that during your highest highs and your lowest lows, you have women beside you who will celebrate with you, sit with you, make you laugh when you need it most, and remind you that you never have to go through life alone.

Gamma Phi Beta is so much more than the years we spend together in college. The memories, friendships, and love we build here become pieces of us that we carry into every chapter that comes next.

One day, the meetings will end, the recruitment doors will close for the last time, and college will become a collection of memories. But the women who made this place feel like home will always be part of our stories.

Our letters brought us together, but our loyalty to one another is what makes us sisters for a lifetime. 🤍🌙

📖 LEARNING 📖

Our third core value is LEARNING 📚

Some of the most important lessons we learn in college don’t happen inside a classroom. They happen through the people who challenge us, encourage us, believe in us, and help us discover who we are becoming.

Gamma Phi Beta has given us a place to grow; not only as students, but as friends, leaders, and women. We learn from our successes, our mistakes, our leadership experiences, and, most importantly, from one another.

Every sister we meet leaves us with something. Whether it’s confidence we didn’t know we had, a new perspective, or simply a reminder of who we are when we forget, we are constantly learning from the women around us.

We may enter Gamma Phi as one version of ourselves, but we leave having grown alongside women who helped shape us into who we were always meant to become. 💗

Our second core value is LABOR ⭐

In Gamma Phi Beta, labor reminds us that the most meaningful things in life are worth working for. Our sisterhood is what it is because generations of women have chosen to give their time, energy, hearts, and talents to something bigger than themselves.

It’s the late nights preparing for something special, the sister who steps in when you need help, the women who take on leadership roles, and all of the little things done behind the scenes simply because we care about one another.

Together, we learn that hard work becomes so much more meaningful when you’re surrounded by people who believe in you and are working right beside you. We don’t just build a stronger chapter; we build each other up along the way. 💗💝🩷

Our first core value is LOVE 🤍

Love is at the heart of Gamma Phi Beta, but it means so much more than simply loving the letters we wear. It’s found in the friendships that become family, the people who celebrate your biggest moments, and the sisters who sit beside you through the hard ones.

For so many of us, Gamma Phi has given us people we never knew we needed. It’s having a room full of women who see you, believe in you, and love you for exactly who you are while encouraging you to become the best version of yourself.

We came to Gamma Phi looking for a sisterhood, but somewhere along the way, we found a home. That is the kind of love that lasts far beyond our college years. 💗

Meet Exec Monday with our Education Vice President Presley Faris !! 🤍🤍🤍
My name is Presley and I am going into my Junior year at UND. My position is Education Vice President which means that I am in charge of planning and setting up sisterhoods! So far we have done a Valentine’s day Party, movie night, jewelry dish painting, Gphi build-a-bears, a wig snatching competition, played dance moms, roasted s’mores and hot dogs by the fire, and more to come! One thing I love about my position is getting to bring the girls together in creative ways! It is always fun getting the whole sorority together and having something to do. I am so grateful to get to call my sorority sisters my best friends. Joining Greek Life, I can always count on someone being there for me. Being around inspiring and determined women pushes you to be the same. The love I have for Greek Life goes unmatched. I would never trade these experiences and life long friendships for anything else in the world!
