🌍 Meet Logan Stegmiller, a UND student who took the opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
✈️ Logan chose Barcelona because of its internship opportunities and easy access to the rest of Europe through high-speed trains and flights. With a love for traveling and exploring new places, studying abroad was the perfect opportunity to experience new cultures firsthand.
🏛️ One of the biggest highlights of Logan’s experience was visiting Rome and exploring the Vatican Museum. “It was so cool to see such an ancient culture and thousands of pieces of history unlike anything I have ever seen,” he shared.
🌎 Studying abroad also gave Logan a new perspective personally and professionally. “I started to understand just how big and different our world is,” he said after experiencing new countries, cultures, and ways of life throughout Europe.
💼 Looking ahead, Logan says this experience strengthened his desire to pursue a career that offers flexibility and opportunities to travel and explore new places.
🍝 Favorite foods abroad? Pasta in Rome and paella in Valencia.
📞 While being away from friends and family was challenging at first, Logan said it became easier over time as he adjusted to life abroad.
💡 His advice for students considering studying abroad: “Just do it! Once you start reaching out to programs and committing to something, it all just makes sense.”

Still reminiscing about graduation last month 🎓💛
From everyone at the Nistler College of Business & Public Administration, we continue to look back with pride on our graduates and everything they accomplished to reach that milestone.
Commencement was more than a ceremony—it was a celebration of perseverance, late nights, growth, and the determination it took to get to that stage. Watching our students cross the finish line alongside their peers and loved ones was truly special.
We are so proud of each graduate and excited to see where your next chapter takes you. Once a member of Nistler, always a member of the family 💛🎓
