It is with incredible sadness that we announce the passing of beloved ISP professor, Dr. Darin Kerr. We were all so much richer for having known and worked with him. Our deepest condolences to his family.
A unique program at UND, ISP provides an alternative way to earn general education credits through small class discussions & a wide variety of activities.

Sad, sad news, ISPers.
Ursula K. Le Guin, Acclaimed for Her Fantasy Fiction, Is Dead at 88 Ms. Le Guin brought literary elegance and a feminist sensibility to science fiction and fantasy tales, drawing millions of readers around the world.
Integrated Studies may be gone, but you can still have the same great learning experience...in NORWAY! Join Tami in the spring 2018 semester at the American College of Norway (applications due October 1) Tami will be teaching Public Speaking and a class on Protest Art. There will also be classes in History, Political Science, Composition and Literature... OR
Join Tami and her husband, Biology Prof Jeff Carmichael for the summer session (mid May -
mid June) at ACN. Tami is teaching a class called "Oslo: City as Text" which will involve fun trips to Oslo. Jeff is teaching an Environmental Biology class that compares Norwegian and American stances on environmental issues. Applications due by March 1, 2018.
