Coffee School: where it’s all work and absolutely no play...(okay, okay, totally kidding). Yes, we dial in espresso, talk extraction, and get nerdy about beans, but we also laugh a lot, taste amazing coffee, and have a genuinely great time doing it. It’s the perfect mix of learning, hands-on practice, and connecting with fellow coffee lovers. And if you’re into the business side of coffee, we’ve got you covered there too. We dig into the numbers, margins, and real-world insights to help you actually make it work (because great coffee is one thing… running a successful coffee business is another). If you’ve been thinking about leveling up your coffee game (or just want an excuse to drink a lot of really good coffee with cool people), this is your sign

Last week, Trent and Emily from Skor & Pour packed their bags and headed off to coffee school ☕️
Talk about a team that’s all in! From dialing in espresso and refining milk texture to sharpening their tasting skills, they showed up ready to learn and elevate their craft. When owners and managers invest in growing their knowledge, it makes a difference in every single cup.
