This week, Mighty Max & Mom accepted an actual check for The Lilly and Blair Foundation from Kent Elliott of Hilton Screeners at Reid Elementary! Sales of t-shirts during Homecoming week raised a portion of the proceeds to help fund research for treatments of Max's rare condition, SPG4. Hilton generously "rounded up" this fundraising donation to 🚨 $2000🚨 (from the actual total fundraised of $1650, previously announced before sales were done as $1500). Thank you to all who purchased a T-shirt for this cause and to Hilton for their partnership and generosity!

Reid's Student Council organized a pet supply drive this week for their Homecoming Spirit Week service project! They are collecting donations and purchasing supplies with support from the Grand Blanc Relief Fund Community Foundation of Greater Flint. They will get to deliver all of the donations to the Humane Society of Genesee County! Great job, Reid Elementary!
