🚗 Morning Carpool Procedure Update 🚗

Dear Castlen Cubs Families,
To help ensure a safe and smooth morning arrival, we are making a slight adjustment to our morning carpool procedure.

Beginning on Monday:
🚌 Buses will use the far-left lane only. All other vehicles will use both the middle and far-right lane.
🛑 All vehicles must come to a complete stop and turn flashers on. Students may only unload once you hear two blows of the whistle.
🚗 Students should only exit the vehicle on the passenger's side. Once your student is on the sidewalk, turn flashers off. This helps keep our students safely within the designated unloading area as the line begins to move.
👋 Parents should remain in their vehicles while students are unloading. This will help increase the flow of traffic. If your student is in need of assistance exiting the vehicle, a staff member will be available.
➡️ Once all students have been safely unloaded, a staff member will signal for the line to move forward.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to make morning arrival safe, efficient, and organized for all our students.

Our third graders put their STEM skills to the test today with the Saving Sam Challenge! Students worked together to rescue Sam using creativity, problem-solving, communication, and a whole lot of teamwork!
