Back mandala-ing with rocks yesterday through the Stress Busters program for kids at East Lyme Community Center in collaboration with Brian Dagle Foundation and Brian's Healing Hearts Center for Hope & Healing. The children were so engaged and calm. A great reminder that creating mandalas really does help to calm the nervous system 😊

Our largest studio class to date! I’m continually amazed by the creativity and talent that lies beneath the surface.

As we painted, we reflected on the wisdom of the ocean—that waves are meant to come and go, just as our thoughts, emotions, and seasons of life do. Peace isn’t found in stopping the waves, but in learning to move with them.
