My NICU journey started almost 16years ago.

Ever since then I have had this dream of sharing my story with other NICU moms who have similar stories as mine and their own story.

My dream has always been to “be that person I didn’t have” for others going through this journey. Being able to provide a safe and understanding community to moms on their journey and afterwards.

I was 18 when mine began and at the time I felt so alone, scared, depressed, I even started to self harm again. I was angry at myself for not being able to carry my child to 40 weeks. Having family is a wonderful thing but even they don’t understand all the emotions and feelings we experience.

My dream was to be a NICU advocate but now it’s to be a spiritual empowerment life coach for moms. Helping NICU moms heal mentally, emotionally and spiritually. &; express just how important self care really is throughout this journey. Your baby thrives more when you’re thriving. Becoming &; feeling like the bad ass Queen you are is the MOST important thing you can do for yourself, it will help the both of you have a bonding experience nobody else could understand. Remember, your baby feeds off your energy mama.
