Six of our Eagles took the stage in a local production of Peter Pan last night — and we couldn’t be prouder. 🌟
Standing in front of an audience takes real courage. It’s one thing to know your lines; it’s another to step into the lights and share your hard work with a room full of people, most you don’t know.
That kind of bravery doesn’t appear out of nowhere. Every exhibition our learners give is quiet practice for exactly these moments — speaking up, owning their work, and trusting themselves in front of others. And a huge thank-you to for putting on such a wonderful show and giving these kids the stage to shine. 👏
And the stage is just the beginning. The same courage it takes to perform is the courage to pitch a business one day, deliver a TED talk, lead a team, or stand behind a big idea and say “this matters.” We’re watching kids build that muscle now — and we can’t wait to see where it takes them. 💚

✨ A new session begins — and it’s our last one of the year! ✨
This one is short but sweet. Our focus: Growing Curiosity. 🌱
We’re also continuing to lean into being in flow and working with intention. Yesterday we introduced something new — flow candles. They’re little tea lights, and they work like a visual “do not disturb” sign: when a learner turns one on, it means they’re deep in flow and focused on their work, and the rest of us honor that space.
It’s a small thing, but it speaks volumes. Learners are taking ownership of their attention and respecting each other’s focus.
This is what intentionality and flow look like in Discovery. 🕯️

Our Eagles got to present this morning at Coffee & Connections with the Granbury Chamber of Commerce! ☕️🦅
Watching learners step outside their comfort zone, stand up, speak, and represent their studio in the community is what it’s all about. Opportunities like these help our Eagles practice leadership, communication, and courage in real-world settings.

This is what self paced learning looks like! No matter what your age is, if you mastered the required levels (in this case handwriting) you’re able to move on to more challenging work (typing).
Congrats Eagle on earning your last handwriting badge, he will now be moving on to typing!! Keep up the hard work!👏🏻👏🏻

Last week in Discovery Studio, something unexpected took center stage… 📚
The dictionary and world history books.
Learners dove in—flipping pages, chasing curiosity, and making connections across time and language.
No assignment.
No prompt.
Just genuine interest driving the work.
Moments like this remind us: when curiosity leads, learning follows.
