We want to take a moment to recognize and congratulate all of our students in both our Kids BJJ (8+) and BJJ 15+ programs.

These photos represent more than just a class—they represent hard work, discipline, growth, and a strong team culture. Every student here is putting in the time, pushing through challenges, and becoming better on and off the mats.

To our kids—you’re building confidence, courage, and leadership.
To our teens and adults—you’re setting the standard and leading by example.

We would also like to give a special thank you to Professor for sharing his knowledge and experience with our BJJ 15+ program. Your time, instruction, and insight made a huge impact on our team, and we truly appreciate you being on the mats with us.

Congratulations to our hard-working team members this past weekend at world league in Frisco, Texas! Lots of hard fights lots of learning, we cannot be any more proud of our students! Time to get ready for the next one!

🥋 Team Announcement – Poland’s MMA

Hey Team! Just a quick update for everyone.

First, we are OPEN all week during Spring Break, so regular classes will continue as scheduled. Come get some extra training in while school is out! 💪

For those interested in competing, here are the JJ World League registration links for the upcoming event on April 25th. This is a great opportunity for both kids and adults to test their skills and gain competition experience.

⚠️ Bonus: Registration before March 28th includes a free rashguard from the event.
