You may have noticed the La Brea Tar Pits Mobile Museum on the playground this week! One of our amazing teachers, Ms. Kim, applied for and coordinated this awesome opportunity for our students. Thank you Ms. Kim! Each of the Kinder, 1st and 2nd grade classes are getting to visit this interactive experience over a 3 day period.

Yearbooks are a wonderful way to capture your student’s memories from the school year! You can even customize 2 free pages. Don’t forget to place your order!

Mrs. Nazarian, our wonderful Technology Lab Aide, recently shared the current projects that our students are working on in the technology lab!

Classes visit the technology lab 1 hour each week in 10 week blocks. This allows them to build on their projects each week and dive deeper into their understanding of coding.

Thank you to all the families who donated to our food drive last week! Hope the Mission has collected our donations, which will help support families in need this holiday season. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful and generous community!

PARENT VOLUNTEERS: if you have not yet completed your mandatory training, the last Volunteer Training Session is on November 16th 8:30am in the Parent Center. ***This is required to be an approved on-campus parent volunteer.**** You only need to attend one meeting per school year.

🗓️ Thursday, November 30th is our School Violence Prevention Workshop that will discuss bullying and violence prevention protocols to keep our students and community safe. It will take place in the Library at 8:30am 📚
