Mrs. Clemens, our Matthews Librarian, is looking for volunteers to help assist with the Fall book fair! It is scheduled for Oct 5th- 9th and will be located in the Matthews Library.

**Volunteers must have a current background check on file at Matthews Elementary. Please contact the school with any questions regarding this process.

Friendly reminder that tomorrow evening we will be having a PTA meeting! Please join us if you can make it and if you can’t make it in person we have the option to dial in virtually! We would love to see you there.

Before our PTA meeting there will be a Title I meeting in the library at 6:00 P.M. Snacks and drinks will be provided. All are welcome. We will share a bit about what Title services are at Matthews, how we receive and use funds, and our plan for the year.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Back to School Pool Party! What a way to kick off the new school year! It was an amazing turn out and we loved seeing our families come out and enjoy it! We can’t wait to plan more fun events this year. Stay tuned!
