Thank you for a great first day of EOC testing! Tomorrow is the Math 3 and Biology EOC as well as any students who did not take the English 2 or Math 1 EOC that was given today. As a reminder, students do not need to come to school if they are not taking one of these exams. We will see you tomorrow!

We would like to take a moment to recognize our Teacher of the Year and Classified Staff Member of the Year. Congratulations to Ms. Krista Brooks and Bertha Luna!

Ms. Krista Brooks is one of the longest standing staff members, here at Graham High School. Ms. Brooks serves as the biggest advocate for our Multi-Language and Newcomer population. Her impact is not only felt within her ESL classroom, but all over. Ms. Brooks has assisted in professional development structured in supporting this specific population and she has also advocated for these students in many ways. Congratulations again Ms. Brooks!

Ms. Bertha Luna, serves as the translator for Graham High School. Ms. Luna assists teachers with classroom translations and also bridging the gap between the school and our Hispanic/Latino community. Ms. Luna conducts IEPs, 504s, CFTs and any other meeting where language may be a barrier. This year she played an integral role in our Hispanic Heritage celebration. Ms. Luna leads the Sunshine (Hospitality) Committee and strives to make sure each and everyone of her colleagues feel appreciated with a birthday card. ¡Enhorabuena Sra. Luna!

GHS Alumni. How about giving the gift of memories this holiday season. GHS Yearbooks will be on sale beginning Wed. (12/11) until Friday (12/20). Stop by the Main Office between 8 AM and 4 PM to purchase your yearbook.

GHS Families, Beginning this Wednesday, GHS will offer tutoring in the following subjects: CTE, English, Math, Social Studies and Science. This service is Free to any GHS student that would like to attend. Please utilize the sign up QR code so that we will know how many students to anticipate each day. We look forward to supporting your student as we finish out the last few weeks of the semester. Thank you!

The paving company will be starting the paving at the back of the school starting next Tuesday the 10th weather permitting. The paving contractor is estimating a 2 week process to complete. Please do not drive on the backside of the school.
