This month marks our 7th year in business.
Truth is none of this would have been possible without all the milestones and humble beginnings. Whether it was our amazing collaborations with ._ all the foodies who took the time to review our products.
Much of who we are comes from the unwavering support of our community. Grateful for our experiences, highs and low.
Our resume speaks volumes of what grit, determination and hard work can become. The markets, so many markets that helped us grow. When we first debut our Ceviche it was right in front of the Waterfront Market entrance, incredibly nerve racking, yet saw our potential, from there we catapulted and ended our 2025 season serving at Lumen Field for MLS and NFL fans. We are still pinching ourselves.
Our long time partnership with Taco Street is an added layer to our success. This month we celebrate 4 years! They invited us to take part in their Aguas Locas which was a King 5 feature, Wild Waves, a space in all their locations and most recently there Tacoma Mall location. What a whirlwind and beautiful journey this far.
Every single encounter made it possible for us.
