Reunion Poll!!

Our class reunion will be in an outdoor pavilion with picnic tables. We will have a bonfire and plenty of space to hang out. We will ask for voluntary contributions to cover use of property trash removal etc. All beverages BYOB.
Please answer the following questions in comments.

Question 1
Would you rather:
1. Bring your own picnic style meal or snacks and so no food charge.
2. Have Bbq main dish provided for a fee of approx $15-20 person and bring a side dish to share.

Question 2
1. Make a playlist and bring a speaker for some 80s and 90s music. Free
2. Hire a local musician- Chad Hoffman to come and entertain for approx $500 to be split among those who attend. There is a small outdoor stage for him to use to give a concert feel.

There have been a few questions regarding if there is a 30th reunion planned for this summer. At this point nothing has been planned.
Looking for feedback on whether people would attend considering Covid safety. Also wondering if anyone is interested in stepping up to plan? Open to new ideas or options for what would be fun!
