Our final 20 year Golden Apple recipient is Mrs. Oevermann! Mrs. Oevermann is one of the heartbeats of our school community. One of her true superpowers is knowing where each our 618 students is supposed to be at any time! Mrs. Oevermann congratulations on 20 years and thank you for contributing to our community is so many ways!

Next on our list of 20 year Golden Apples is Mrs. Wesgan! Millbury Street is lucky to have had Mrs. Wesgan as a 5th grade teacher during all of those 20 years! Congratulations Mrs. Wesgan and thank you for making a difference in the lives our of students!

Over the next few days we will recognize and celebrate members of our team who have recently received the coveted golden apple for 20 years of service to the Grafton Public Schools! First up is Mrs. Magill, who has taught third grade at Millbury Street for 20 years. Congratulations Mrs. Magill! As we get ready to start the new school year I’d like to send a shout out to our amazing custodial staff! Each summer they work day in and day out to clean, wax, and prepare every inch of the school in order to welcome back staff and students. They take great pride in making Millbury Street feel as welcoming as possible. If you’ve been in the building over the past few days you’ve likely noticed it! Many thanks to Mrs. Alex, Mr. Charlie, Mr. Paul, and Mr. Matt!
