WE ARE HIRING: IT SPECIALIST! ๐Ÿ’ป

Gowanda Central School District is looking for a tech-savvy Information Technology Specialist to join our team. If you are the person everyone calls when the Wi-Fi acts up or a server needs attention, we want you in our schools. You will be the backbone of our classroom tech, keeping everything from laptops to mobile devices running smoothly for our students and staff.

As our IT Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for hardware and software troubleshooting. You will handle installations, upgrades, and maintenance for servers and peripheral equipment while providing essential training to help our teachers and students master new tools. This is a versatile role where you will also consult with administrators to recommend the best hardware and software solutions to keep our district ahead.

The pay range is $18.58 to $24.58 per hour based on experience with an anticipated start date in March 2026. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED plus a Bachelorโ€™s or Associate degree in IT or Computer Science, or four years of professional experience in network administration or programming.

WE ARE HIRING: WEIGHT ROOM CHAPERONES ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ

Gowanda Central School District is looking for two Adult Community Education Weight Room Chaperones for the 2025-26 school year. Help us maintain a safe, supervised environment for our community members during evening workouts.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, starting March 2026. Pay is $18.70/hour per the GTA contract, and no specific qualifications are required.
