B.C. is proud to be recognized as a 2025-2026 School of Distinction by NYSPHSAA. All of our varsity teams had over 75% of their roster maintain a 90 or above GPA while in season. Great job Eagles! 🦅

2026 NYSSWAClass C Fourth Team All-State

Congratulations to Stephen and Izzy who finished out amazing Track and Field Careers at the NYSPHSAA Championships today!

Izzy in the Long jump finished 3rd in class C, 5th in state overall
And in Hurdles 2nd in class C, 8th in state overall, both new Burke Catholic records.

Stephen in the 3k steeplechase finished 11th in class c.

We are proud of Stephen and Izzy and can’t wait to see them competing in College!

We had two Section 9 long jump finalists place today at the State Championships. Our very own Izzy Filosa from Burke Catholic placing 3rd and Shiloh Scott Greaves from Dover placing 4th. Congratulations to both girls on representing Section 9!
