🍎 Teacher of the Week: McKenna McDonald 💛

This week we're celebrating McKenna, who recently hit her one-year anniversary at Crossroads Preschool! 🫶🏼

💛 McKenna loves teaching preschool because she gets to be part of such an important season in a child's life. These are the years when children are learning to communicate, express themselves, and understand the world around them. She loves guiding them, supporting their growth, and watching their confidence grow as they learn something new every day.

Working with children has taught McKenna the importance of slowing down and truly observing before reacting. She has learned that there's often something deeper behind a person's actions and that patience and understanding can make all the difference. Her students continue to help her grow just as much as she helps them grow.

This week we're celebrating Kami and the incredible impact she has made on Crossroads Preschool over the last 5.5 years!

✨ Role:Pre-K Teacher

💛 One of Kami's favorite things about teaching Pre-K is all the hands-on learning opportunities. She also loves building meaningful relationships with families and enjoys seeing siblings connect throughout the day—it makes Crossroads feel even more like family!

Kami loves working with kids because they never fail to make her laugh. She also appreciates that they somehow make her feel way cooler than she actually is! 😎

Our little preschoolers dressed to impress for PROM this week at Crossroads Preschool! 💃🕺 From twirling dresses to handsome bow ties, the smiles were nonstop and the memories were priceless. 🤍
