🍎 Teacher of the Week: Kelsey 💛
This week we're celebrating Kelsey and the love, laughter, and meaningful relationships she brings to our Arctic classroom!
✨ Role: Arctic Teacher
🗓️ At Crossroads since: Almost a year
💛 Kelsey loves teaching because she gets to build relationships with both her students and their families. One of her favorite things is watching her students grow and seeing how far they've come from the beginning of the year!
🌈 She loves working with kids because every day is something new. While we're teaching them, we're also learning from them. It's a beautiful reminder that we're all growing together!

😂 Favorite Classroom Moments: There are way too many to pick just one! From a little boy asking across the room if she wanted to go to the pool with him, to a student proudly telling another child, "That's Miss Kelsey, she's my best friend." And then there was the completely unexpected moment of singing Edelweiss with a little girl. Her classroom is clearly full of sweet and hilarious memories!

💬 Kelsey shared that Crossroads Preschool is special because everyone feels appreciated and important. Even with a large staff, there is never a question of whether you matter.
