Happy Father’s Day!

Today we give thanks for all fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, godfathers, and father figures who guide, support, and love the children in their lives.

Heavenly Father, bless all dads with strength and wisdom. May they know how much they are loved and appreciated. Amen.

Wishing all the fathers in our school community a blessed Father’s Day! πŸ’™πŸ™

πŸŽ“ Celebrating Our Incredible 5th Grade Graduating Class! πŸŽ“

As they made their way through the hallways one final time, our entire school community lined the halls to cheer them on during our beloved Clap Out tradition. It was a beautiful reminder that St. John is more than a school, it is a family. From their first days as young students to this special milestone, they have been surrounded by a community that has supported, encouraged, and prayed for them every step of the way.

We are so proud of the young people they have become and know they will continue to shine wherever God leads them next. Congratulations, Class of 2026! May you always carry the love, faith, and spirit of your St. John family in your hearts. πŸ™πŸŽ“β™₯️

We were blessed to gather for a special breakfast honoring Fr. George Hafemann and thanking him for his many years of faithful service to St. John School. As we wished him well on his new assignment, students from every class shared heartfelt spiritual bouquets including rosaries, prayer books, poetry collections, and special performances.

One of the most touching moments of the morning was when our students in 3rd - 5th grade sang Go Light Your World. The song's message of carrying Christ's light into the world perfectly reflects Fr. George's ministry. Through his faith and guidance, he has helped light the way for countless students and families, encouraging us to share God's love with others.

We are deeply grateful for all he has done for our school community and will continue to keep him in our prayers. May God bless Fr. George as he begins this new chapter, and may he continue to "light the world" wherever he is called to serve. πŸ™πŸ•―οΈβ™₯️

πŸš› What an exciting day for our PreK 3 and PreK 4 students!

We were thrilled to welcome the Village of Goshen Department of Public Works for a special visit. Students got an up-close look at a garbage truck, learned how it works, and discovered where our garbage goes after it leaves our homes and school.

Thank you to the Department of Public Works for sharing their time and expertise with our students. We are grateful for the people who serve our community each day and help keep Goshen clean and beautiful!
