Want to make a smoothie? A smoothie is a quick and easy way to make a nutritious meal or snack if you follow a few tips:
1. Include only about 1 serving of fruit (Your smoothie should not be majority fruit).
2. Include vegetables (choose vegetables that do not have a strong taste like spinach or kale).
3. Include a healthy fat like avocado, flax seed, or coconut oil.
4. Include a protein like chia seeds, nut butter, or collagen.

Looking for a refreshing drink that will not only quench your thirst but cleanse your body and relax you? Here is a favorite at our house.
Lavender Lemonade
-the juice of 1 bag of fresh lemons
-1/4 cup of raw honey
-3 drops lavender essential oil
-3 drops lemon essential oil
-6 cups water

What you drink can make or break your health. What are you drinking throughout your day? Stop and consider if what you are drinking is nourishing or harming your body. No matter if you like coffee, tea, or other types of drinks, water should always make up the majority of your liquid intake.
