As we prepare for another exciting season of Goshen High School Athletics, we want every event at The Nest to be SAFE, POSITIVE, and ENJOYABLE for ALL!

Please take a moment to review our GHS Athletic Event Guidelines before attending our home athletic events. Your cooperation helps us create the type of atmosphere our student-athletes, coaches, families, and community deserve!

📌 A Few Important Reminders:

🏆 Sportsmanship Matters — Cheer loudly, support our Eagles, and always represent GHS with class!

👨‍👩‍👧 Youth Supervision — Guests under 16 who are not GHS students must be accompanied by an adult age 19 or older and remain with that adult throughout the event.

🥤 No Outside Food or Drinks — Concessions will be available. CASH ONLY!

🚫 No Re-Entry — Once you leave the event, re-entry will not be permitted.

🎟️ Tickets Required — All fans over the age of 5 must have a ticket.

🚨 Security Screening — Metal detectors will be used at all athletic events.

⏰ Gates Open at 6:00 P.M.

🚗 $5 PARKING AT THE NEW GYM AREA ONLY

Most importantly, bring your EAGLE PRIDE! 💜💛 Let’s pack the stands, cheer on our student-athletes, respect our opponents and officials, and show everyone what it means to be a GOSHEN EAGLE! 🦅

It’s time to come HOME to where the Eagle legacy began!

Join us for the 2nd Annual Goshen High School Joint Homecoming Tailgate as we celebrate our rich traditions, reconnect with classmates, cheer on our Eagles, and create new memories together!

Whether you graduated 50 years ago or just a few years ago, THIS IS YOUR INVITATION! Gather your classmates, clubs, organizations, churches, family members, and friends. Decorate your space, fire up the grill, and show everyone what Eagle Pride is all about!

🚐 RV Space: $250
📅 Reservation Deadline: September 4, 2026

🔥 Spaces are going FAST! Stop by and reserve your space as soon as possible!

This is more than a tailgate—it is a Homecoming celebration filled with great food, fellowship, laughter, music, school spirit, and unforgettable memories. Let’s pack Eagle Stadium with generations of Eagles proudly wearing PURPLE AND GOLD!

🚨 IMPORTANT TAILGATE GUIDELINES

This event is strictly for Goshen High School alumni and adults.
No children will be permitted.
No current high school students will be permitted.
The tailgate will end promptly at 10:30 P.M.
Each group is responsible for cleaning its area after the event.
Please bring your own garbage bags and help us keep our campus clean and beautiful.

Applications are now open for our youth initiatives Delta Academy and Delta G.E.M.S. If you would like to learn more about our programs, please come to our Ice Cream Social on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 2 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church in Troy, Alabama. Attendance at the social is not mandatory but a mandatory parent meeting will be held on September 13th for all of those who do apply.

💜🦅💛 AWESOME FIRST FCA AT GOSHEN HIGH SCHOOL! 💛🦅💜

What an incredible way to kick off the year with our first Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) gathering at Goshen High School! 🙏🏽✝️

It was wonderful to see our students come together for faith, fellowship, encouragement, and purpose. We are excited about what FCA will bring to our campus this year as we continue creating opportunities for our students to grow—not only academically and athletically, but also in character, leadership, and faith.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our first FCA gathering a success! This is only the beginning, and we are looking forward to an AMAZING year! 🙌🏽
