So happy to see all those little smiling faces this evening! As the beginning of school approaches quickly I wanted to hop on here and give a quick overview of what PTO is all about!
👋 We are the Parent Teacher Organization for Gorman ISD and this page is ran by Parents! Some of the highlights we did last year were:
~Penny Wars
~Bookfair
~The Panther Store
~ End of the 6 weeks Bounce House
~T-Shirts for the PAWS
~ Elementary Valentine Dance
~ The Foam/Bounce House at Field Day
~ Concession Stand at Fall Festival
~ Contributed to Field Trips
~End of the year Movie/Popcorn day
~Book Character Dress Up Day
🐾 We strive to bring fun and exciting things to the students and help out the Teachers where we can! We are always looking for fresh ideas and are hoping to do more for this upcoming school year! As of right now we consist of only 3 active members and are hoping to increase that number. The more involvement we have the more we can do for our children & teachers. You don’t have to attend meetings, we don’t have memberships, and it doesn’t take up a lot of time. If your interested you can talk to your child’s teachers, the secretary, and the principal! All of those lovely ladies will point you in the right direction!
** BTW did I mention we are ALL about the kids!? If you want to come to meeting and have your kiddos, bring them! Doesn’t matter their ages they play while we chat! 😁

Today is the day for our swimming party! ☀️
~If you don’t want to join the board, but are willing to volunteer for an event then that is totally OK!
~If you can’t help with any events but are able to donate (even if it’s just $5) then that is OK also!
~Here is your chance to come talk to us and see what we are all about and how we help your kids throughout the school year!
We will be having Hot Dogs & Music to ensure a fun time!
