Our school was established in 2010 and was named in honor of the first teacher in LESD The farmers were working to supply cotton to the Goodyear Tire Company.

In 1916 a large labor camp was established near the present intersection of Indian School and Dysart Roads, a few months later the camp was moved to what is now the center of Litchfield Park. Mrs Klingberg’s class learned about the writing process today using playdoh.
Prewriting: came up with a creation thought
Rough draft: students created their thought using playdoh
Revise: students added to their creation, took away and changed it.
Edit: students made sure it looked perfect
Publish: students gave their creation a title and wrote who it was by

💃🕺 Calling all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Panthers! 🕺💃

Our Mabel Padgett Dance Club is back with Mrs. Klingberg! Students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade are invited to join us before school every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as we learn exciting routines and prepare to perform at all Panther Pride Assemblies throughout the year.

🎤 This year's theme is Michael Jackson! 🕶️✨

To join, students must turn in:
✅ Completed permission slip
✅ $30 shirt fee
