Movement helps brain development. Without it, kids may struggle with focus, coordination, and emotional regulation.

5. Overstimulation (Constant Noise & Devices)
When kids are always “on,” their brains don’t get enough quiet time to rest, process, and reset.

6. Limited Social Interaction
Not enough real-life interaction can affect communication skills, confidence, and emotional growth.

7. No Structured Routine
A lack of routine can make it harder for children to feel secure, focused, and ready to learn.
