We, the members of the Hispanic American Leadership Organization (HALO), will strive to better serve others through leadership, education, service, opportunities, and empowerment. We are committed to serving our communities, and serving as mentors for the Hispanic youth, as well as for our fellow students. We hereby join together in September 2006 to organize and establish the Hispanic American Leadership Organization at Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
