October is National Principals Month, and we are so grateful for the incredible leaders we have throughout Goodrich Area Schools!

Our principals are so much more than the leaders of their buildings. They celebrate accomplishments, encourage students through challenges, support our staff, connect with families, and help create school communities where every student feels welcomed, supported, and valued.

Their days are filled with countless decisions, conversations, celebrations, and moments that often happen behind the scenes , all with the same goal of doing what is best for our students. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment make a difference throughout our district each and every day.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful group of principals leading our schools. Thank you for leading with heart, for believing in our students and staff, and for the time and care you give to Goodrich Area Schools. We are truly grateful for each of you! 💙 💛

Students in Mr. Fray’s social studies classes have been diving into the Northern, Middle, and Southern Colonies, learning about everything from their economies and jobs to religion, climate, and daily life.

To put their knowledge to the test, Mr. Fray and student teacher Ms. Baker brought a little Shark Tank into the classroom! Students were challenged to pitch their colony to the “Sharks,” convincing them to invest and help attract people to settle in their colony.

There was plenty of creativity, convincing arguments, and excitement along the way, all while bringing what students have been learning to life in a fun and memorable way!

We had a blast at Goodrich Middle School yesterday! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

The Martian PTO Color Run brought plenty of color, smiles, and fun for our students! A huge thank you to all of the volunteers who gave their time to help make the day such a success.

And a special thank you to our Martian PTO! From planning fun events like the Color Run to supporting our students, staff, and schools throughout the year, their time, dedication, and behind-the-scenes work make such a difference. We are so grateful for everything they do to make these special experiences possible for our students! 💙 💛
