✨️💪 Working Wednesday 💪✨️

Today, the students are finishing their weld test. They are managing their time well with the remainder of the school year. Some are also working on community projects. Many have noticed how their welds have improved since the start of the year.

This week the students are working hard to finish there weld coupons so they can get their certificates. With about 7 weeks till graduation they are doing their best to finish the year strong. They are enjoying the projects they are getting and the progress they have made since the start of the year.

The students are getting projects done and out the door. A lot more are starting tig and welding aluminum with tig as well. They are all working hard to finish there welds.

Today the kids are welding overhead and knocking out weld test and getting projects started and finishing.

This week we had a few students go to a college fair to talk to some potential future students. We also have students working on tig and overhead. They are all enjoying this semester the the advanced welds and the hands-on- projects

This week, the welding class is completing projects, practicing vertical and overhead welds. Some students are also starting GTAW welding. They are all enthusiastic about this semester.

The students are back in class working hard. They are working on their welds test / cut test. There are also a few on some projects. We are excited to see what they accomplish this semester.

The welding students are diligently working to complete the remaining weld tests they need and are successfully passing their quizzes while preparing for their final examinations scheduled for next week.

We have the winner of the toolbox competition. Ethan Vargus with the skeleton firefighter toolbox took 1st, Miguel Garcia with the Milwaukee Fuel toolbox took 2nd, and Karyssa Applebee Chevrolet toolbox took 3rd.

First place got a Lincoln Electric auto-darkening welding hood and two pairs of gloves.

Second place got a Lincoln Electric auto-darkening welding hood and some paint makers.

Third place got some grinding disks, cutting wheels, and soupstone.

One of the auto-darkening hoods was donated to us by Ld sales rep from Lampten.

The other auto-darkening hood was provided by Richard from Airgas.
