The Breakfast menu will be served Monday-Saturday from 5:30am-10:30am

The Lunch/Dinner menu will be served Monday-Saturday from 10:30am-9:00pm

Sunday Brunch 8:00am-3:00pm (menu coming soon)

Mr. Wally Tallion passed away this morning. Wally was “The Jambalaya Festival” for many years. He was always there when needed and never hesitated anytime a charity needed a Jambalaya cooked.

He was a friend and mentor to all and will be missed.

Rest in Peace, Mr. “Jambalaya”. Please keep the Tallion Family in your prayers.

Heads up, Hwy 30 & I-10 drivers—traffic changes for Hwy LA 30.

Starting Tonight, April 28, DOTD will implement a new traffic pattern on LA 30 between I-10 as construction on the new roundabouts moves into its next phase.

Key changes:

• Signal will be permanently removed at LA 30 & Tanger Blvd/Cabela’s Parkway.
-Tanger Blvd becomes right turn in, right turn out only.

• New roundabout traffic pattern at Robert Wilson / S. St. Landry

• Nightly lane closures: April 28 – May 4 between 9pm-5am.

Be patient and Expect delays !
Watch for crews & equipment ! Drive carefully through the work zone, Fines are higher and Police will be monitoring.

New River Street at the Railroad tracks is CLOSED and Edenborne at Ascension at the Railroad tracks is CLOSED due to a crash involving a train v Box Truck.

They will be CLOSED for a couple hours.

Hwy 44 at Tracks (Autozone) and Cornerview (Jambalaya Park) is open.
