Thanks to Mr. Larry Plutchak from the Nashville Auto-Diesel College for visiting Mrs. Russo’s and Mr. Smothers’ JAG classes. Encouraging students to plan for their futures, he shared information about postsecondary options, technical training, career pathways, and opportunities available to our Spartans after high school.

EAST ASCENSION'S BRAYLON STEWART NAMED THE ADVOCATE BATON ROUGE AREA ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Braylon Stewart, of East Ascension, has been named The Advocate Baton Rouge Area Athlete of the Week, following a fan vote. The Spartans junior wrestler won the 165 final of the 53rd Louisiana Classic wrestling tournament. He won his final 15-0 by technical fall. He also did not concede a single point during the entire tournament.
