🔥 TORCH TUESDAY! 🔥

This week, we are excited to Pass the Torch to Mrs. Sarah!

Mrs. Sarah is extremely passionate about teaching students and meeting them where they are. She is kind, compassionate, creative, and does everything she can to make learning fun for her students. She plans something special to do with her students each week. This past week, Mrs. Sarah decorated her classroom like the ocean and set up different stations with fun ocean exploration activities.

She has been a LEADER in her PLC. Congrats Mrs. Sarah ! ❤️🐴

Congratulations to Mrs. Amy Hammon for being chosen as CEP’s OUTSTANDING Support Person of the Year! 🏆

Mrs. Amy is truly an invaluable member of our school family who consistently goes above and beyond her job duties every single day. She is a welcoming face for our school, takes care of all the phone calls, check in/check out, sick students, and countless other duties around school!

She never hesitates to take on an additional responsibility or help a colleague. Her dedication, flexibility, and commitment to our students, families, and staff make her an essential part of our school community.

This week, we are excited to Pass the Torch to Mrs. Abby !

Mrs. Beck nominated her because she was instrumental in ensuring that our DIBELS and Numeracy testing ran smoothly last week. She consistently stepped in wherever she was needed, always with a positive attitude and a smile. Her flexibility, willingness to help, and dedication were invaluable to our testing team. We truly could not have done it without her!

Every day in school is another opportunity to Dream, Learn, and LEAD!

Tomorrow is the start of Attendance Awareness Month, and a few absences throughout the year can add up and impact a student’s learning and progress. Every year, we encourage our students to make attendance a priority and aim for 5 or fewer absences.

Show up, stay engaged, and make every school day count!
