What a special night celebrating 30 years of Central!

Tonight, we celebrated the memories, the traditions, and most importantly, the people who have made Central such a special place over the past 30 years. It was wonderful having so many current and former faculty and staff members back with us to celebrate such an important milestone.

A huge thank you to The Floral Cottage Florist for donating the beautiful flower arrangement for tonight’s celebration. It was absolutely beautiful and helped make the evening even more special!

And a very special thank you to our amazing Central staff who helped make tonight such a success—from preparing and setting everything up to staying afterward and helping clean up. Nights like tonight take a team, and we are so thankful for ours!

30 years of memories. 30 years of traditions. 30 years of Central.

Here’s to many more!

BIG congratulations to our Mustang football team on their WIN tonight against Lowery Middle!

Our boys showed up, played hard, and got the job done! We are so proud of them and love seeing our Mustangs celebrate a big win!

Even though it’s still hot outside, some of our students love their sweatshirts and coats! 😅

Just a quick reminder about what is allowed at Central Middle:

✅ Solid navy sweatshirts/coats with no logos
✅ CMS sweatshirts/coats in maroon, hunter green, gray, white, or black
🚫 Hoods may not be worn inside the building
🚫 Solid black, gray, maroon, or hunter green sweatshirts/coats without CMS identification are not school approved

Mrs. Devall and Mrs. Wade passed the torch to Mrs. Jodi Burgett for the amazing job she is doing with our EL students!

Mrs. Burgett leads her students in the right direction through engagement, accountability, and meaningful relationships. She sets high expectations for all of her students and encourages them to rise to those expectations each day.

Her dedication and guidance are helping her students grow not only academically, but also in confidence and success.

Game Reminders: Admission is card only — $5 for adults and $2 for students. Clear Bag Policy is in effect. Students may not be dropped off and must remain with a parent/guardian. Please do not bring footballs, soccer balls, basketballs, or other balls to the game. Students must remain seated in the bleachers and may not hang out or play behind them.

Mrs. Aucoin passed the torch to our incredible EL teachers, Mrs. Devall and Mrs. Wade! They work tirelessly to motivate students, hold them accountable, and celebrate their successes while equipping teachers with the support they need to help every learner thrive. From accommodations and instructional strategies to in-class support, they are always willing to jump in and help.
