Is your student missing any of the required shots for school? Or do they have an expired exemption form on file with the campus nurse?
IF SO, they MUST have an updated shot record/exemption to the school nurse by this FRIDAY, Aug 21!
***They risk being unenrolled from their classes if this is not done or prior arrangements have not been made with the nurse.(ex- appt made and first available is next week)

As we roll into the first day of school please please remember bus safety. These cubs deserve safety and respect. Expect longer wait times as day one of school approaches. Leave with more grace time for travel so we don’t get in to a hurry where accidents can happen. We thank you for your understanding and for protecting our tiger family’s most important people, our students and families. Be on high alert for walkers, bike riders, and other means of student transportation. Please report what you can as far as things that may may raise safety concerns to respective campuses or the transportation department. Have a great afternoon and we will see you all tomorrow!

Goliad ISD students and staff celebrated the grand opening of the district's new Middle School. Afterwards, parents toured the new facility as students received their class schedules and found their classrooms.

A new school means parents need to be aware of new drop-off procedures. All of this is done to ensure that students and parents are safe as youngsters return to school. A special thanks to Taryn Franke, GHS student, for help filming this project and the teachers who pretended to be students for the video.
