CASIPP held its first pre-conference hands-on cadaver lab on November 2, 2018. The course focused on cutting-edge techniques for spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, intrathecal therapies and minimally invasive treatments for spinal stenosis. The course was held in a mobile lab at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara resort in Santa Barbara, to head up our 9th annual CASIPP meeting. Our faculty provided didactic education, while attendees had extensive hands-on training with fluoroscopy and ultrasound, using multiple interventional therapies. CASIPP is dedicated to enhancing the breadth of knowledge, technical skills and abilities of its members in the continuously evolving space of interventional pain management.
