These classes are a fun way to have your child learn the basics of cooking and expand their vision for food preparation in a fun, safe and intimate atmosphere of a home kitchen in Goleta. I have camps for "Young Chefs" for as young as those going into 3rd/4th, all the way up to camp themes for those going into high school.

This week's lesson:
Butternut squash soup, (thanks to www.gimmesomeoven.com), with featured ingredients-- Italian ground sausage, cheese tortellini, green apple, carrots, onion and kale! Lots of different prep techniques were involved, but their favorite was getting to use the immersion blender, right in the pot!
