We had a great time hosting these middle school and high school campers last week for our Business Exploration Camps! It was so exciting to see these students come up with such great business ideas!

Our middle school summer campers had a blast last week with LEGO® challenges while sharpening their teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Learning has never looked so fun!

Collaboration and Contribution! The Principles of Marketing and Small Business Management classes completed their semester long collaboration of a small business simulation. The phone holder sales were a success! Proceeds of just over $700 was donated to the WCC Foundation for student scholarships

Roll the dice! Learn the skills 🎲💰

Accounting and Finance Instructor Mrs. Leigh Cox is using the game of Monopoly to teach her ACC 120 students how to account for real world scenarios .

The students have learned the content all semester and are finishing up with putting it into practice.

The Price Is Right…or Wrong!

The Business and Accounting Department had the opportunity to participate in the Career Fair hosted by the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce today.

The students learned all about the pricing of some everyday products. Some guesses were very close and some were not.

The Business and Accounting Department held our last Bison Business Blocks session for the spring semester.

Thank you to our guest panelists Rachel Bonafede with Bigby Coffee Pikeville, Eric Trinidad with Kidnetix and Allen Hardison with The Holistic Company for sharing their experiences in starting their own small businesses.
