Last week, Software Development Instructor Jenneth Honeycutt had the opportunity to attend the STEM Fair & Showcase at Meadow Lane Elementary.
It was such a fun and meaningful evening spent connecting with students and their families. Jenneth set up a matching game that challenged students (and quite a few parents!) with a fun brain teaser throughout the event.
Sometimes the best part of STEM outreach is simply showing up, sharing a few laughs, sparking curiosity, and being part of the community. Weโre thankful for opportunities like this to encourage young learners and support our local schools.

๐ Congratulations to Simulation and Game Development Instructor Cheyenne Prybylinski for being named the recipient of the 2026 George E. Wilson Excellence in Teaching Award! ๐
Ms. Prybylinski is an incredible instructor who pours her heart, passion, and energy into her students and her work every single day. Her dedication to student success, creativity, and excellence makes a lasting impact both inside and outside the classroom, and we could not be more proud of her.
One of her students shared this about her:
โCouldn't think of someone more deserving of such an award. An amazing, down-to-earth, and overall understanding teacher who gets the point across no matter what. She leaves no one behind. Sheโs of utmost deserving of this award; I'd go as far as to say if she doesn't get it, I'd be VERY disappointed in a lot of people.โ
Congratulations, Ms. Prybylinski! This recognition is well deserved, and we are lucky to have you as part of our department! ๐๐ฎ
