Highlights from WCDS Year Round student's trip to Downtown Cary Park.

Our intrepid WCDS students continue to immerse themselves in Spanish culture and are enjoying every minute of their experience! One of their recent adventures included learning to dance Sevillanas, a lively and traditional Spanish folk dance, alongside members of a local dance group.

From practicing new dance steps to embracing local customs, our students are gaining a deeper appreciation for the rich culture and traditions of Spain. What an unforgettable experience!

Year Round students had a great time on their trip to the splash pad water park!

WCDS students have officially embarked on their Spanish immersion journey, spending the next two and a half weeks in southern Spain to deepen their understanding of the Spanish language and culture.

After arriving, students were warmly welcomed by our Spanish partner school before setting out on a guided walking tour of the beautiful coastal city of Málaga. From exploring historic landmarks to experiencing everyday life in Spain, this trip provides an incredible opportunity for students to practice their language skills while gaining firsthand cultural experiences.
