Who would be interested in a blended NC conceal carry class. The class would be open to those who would like a permit, and their families or friends who would like to just get a better foundation who are not quite ready or old enough. This would allow those under 21 to participate and shoot, while learning the fundamentals. PrepandResponse.com LLC
